General
The premises will be operated in a responsible manner and in accordance with all relevant legislation and licence conditions. Management and staff will take all reasonable steps to promote the four licensing objectives by maintaining a safe and secure environment, complying with food hygiene and health and safety requirements, keeping the premises clean and well managed, and cooperating with Warwickshire Police, the local authority and other responsible authorities where necessary. Staff will be trained in their responsibilities under the premises licence and appropriate management procedures will be in place to always ensure compliance.
Prevention of Crime & Disorder
The premises will be managed to minimise the risk of crime and disorder. A CCTV system covering the customer area and entrances/exits will be installed and maintained, with recordings retained for an appropriate period and made available to the Police or authorised officers upon request. Staff will be trained to deal with incidents appropriately and to report any criminal or anti- social behaviour. The premises will operate a zero-tolerance approach to violence, abusive behaviour and disorder, and management will cooperate fully with Warwickshire Police and other responsible authorities where necessary.
Public Safety
The premises will be operated in a safe and responsible manner. All relevant fire safety, health and safety, and food hygiene legislation will be always complied with. Emergency exits and escape routes will be kept clear and unobstructed, and appropriate fire safety equipment will be provided and maintained. The premises will be kept clean, well-lit and in good repair. Staff will be trained in emergency procedures and safe working practices to ensure the safety of customers, staff and visitors.
Prevention of Public Nuisance
The premises will be managed to minimise any disturbance to residents and neighbouring businesses. Staff will encourage customers to leave the premises quietly and to respect the local area. Prominent notices will be displayed requesting customers not to cause noise or disturbance and to dispose of litter responsibly. The exterior of the premises will be kept clean and free from litter, and regular waste collections will be arranged. Deliveries and waste disposal will be managed, where reasonably practicable, to minimise noise, particularly during late-night hours.
Protection of Children
The premises operates solely as a hot food takeaway and does not provide alcohol, adult entertainment or any age-restricted services. Staff will remain vigilant to ensure that children are not exposed to any harm while on the premises. The premises will be maintained in a safe, clean and well-managed condition always. Management will cooperate with the Police and other responsible authorities where necessary to promote the protection of children from harm.
